A Ride for Life

My friend, Jean Ray, has been both a participant and a co-leader on some of my photography and family camping trips. She is raising funds for a good cause: the fight against Leukemia and Lymphoma (she lost her dad to the latter).

In conjunction with her fund raising, Jean is preparing for a 100-mile bike ride this June, in memory of her father. She's making the ride for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training. The money raised is used for research for new treatments and education, and for financial assistance and support groups for patients and their families.
